1. How to use RGB messages?

You can utilize RGB in chat messages and GUI. The format is &#aaaaaa for e.g: &#2dbd6b

1. Is database supported?

The plugin is currently using GZIP-compressed flat files. Database is not yet supported.

1. Is multi-server supported?

There currently no mechanism to synchronize the data between servers. Attempting to use the same data folder for multiple concurrent servers would result in corrupted data.
