Commands

/voucher list: List all vouchers
/voucher give <player> <voucher> <amount> [exclusivePlayer]: Give voucher items
+ If you specify the [exclusivePlayer] (**), the given voucher can only be 
redeemed by that player
/voucher set exclusivity <exclusivePlayerName>: Let the given player as the only one who
can use the voucher you're holding (*) (**)
/voucher reset cooldown <player> <voucher>: Reset cooldown per player (**)
/voucher reset limit <player/*> <voucher>: Reset usage limit per player or globally (**)
/voucher reload: Reload the plugin

Note: (*) These commands are for in-game player only (**) These commands support offline players
