Bulk redeem

Players having permission vouchers.redeem.bulk can right-click while sneaking (typically using Shift) to bulk redeem a stack of vouchers!

However, the actual amount of redeemed vouchers may be lower than expected due to the following factors taken into account:

• If the player has a cooldown to use the voucher, then the actual bulk size is always 1. Meaning that he may still be able to redeem the voucher but cannot do more than one at the same time

• The actual bulk size must not exceed the remaining global and per-player usage

Doing bulk redemption only shows use message and play use sound once!
