default-use-message: Display the given messages when a player successfully uses a voucher. You can configure per-voucher use message (see Voucher Configuration). This supports PlaceholderAPI.

Note: Except ones that have explicit mention about PlaceholderAPI support, you can assume there is no support to the rest. Placeholder replacement is costly and should be minimized.
